7月4日，海关总署更新了《符合评估要求的国家或地区输华肉类产品名单》：
进口申报肉类水产品须知
2020年6月24日“单一窗口”货物申报系统进口报关单更新部分监管方式下申报校验功能：
1、进口报关时，申报产品为肉类/水产品时，若表体的产品资质里没有录入519证书（进口食品境外生产注册证书）则提示：“商品序号xx：本条商品是肉类/水产品，需录入519证书（进口食品境外生产注册证书），请确认后重新录入申报”。
2、系统对表体原产国和产品资质519证书编号（进口食品境外生产注册证书）进行校验，根据食品局提供的（肉类企业注册号/水产品企业注册号）进行比对，企业注册号和国家必须完全匹配成功，才能继续申报，否则提示“商品序号xx：本条商品的519证书（进口食品境外生产注册证书）编号及原产国（地区）信息不准确，请核对后重新申报”。

特别注意：已注册的境外生产企业信息在总署网站对外公布。企业先通过国外官方审核，通过后国外官方再将企业信息提供给食品局，是官方对官方的行为。海关总署不直接受理企业的注册申请。（名单位置: 首页–热点–进出口食品–信息服务–业务信息 –进口食品境外生产企业注册信息 ）
